amazing stay!

super clean room rooftop pool great selection

The room was super clean every day thanks to allison! i loved the rooftop pool and bar, it was so relaxing with an amazing view. there were so many places to eat right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection and gluten free options if i asked!!!

the lifts were super slow, it literally took ages to go up and down plus the waiting time was long.

the reception had 24-hour presence and the staff was friendly. they were professional and attentive to all my needs. i really appreciated the attentiveness and prompt service throughout the hotel.

A MIXED bag of experiences

bad customer service unwilling staff

The room had a terrace, and it was worth the money I spent.

The service left much to be desired. I found them neither polite nor comprehensive. They seemed unwilling to attend to requests I had, and no manager was available to speak with. I do NOT intend to stay THERE again and cannot recommend it AT all.

persistent noise unbranded alcohol

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby shops.

I found sleep difficult, noise persisted throughout the night. i believe the provided alcohol was not branded as advertised. This detail, coupled with the sleepless nights, greatly affected my overall experience.

The hotel is located near several good restaurants, useful shops, and small supermarkets. It is convenient. i used a nearby bus stop for the beach, which took approximately five minutes.
