Wonderful Hotel Experience
friendly staff helpful staff efficient organisation cute staff
The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially when I needed assistance! They quickly organised transport and ensured I received the necessary support. Henri was always cute and cared for the guests. Sylvia at the drifter counter was helpful, she organised our hire car and airport transport.
The gym equipment was sparse. A greater variety of fitness machines could improve the experience .

The reception staff were thorough. They ensured I got support. Concierge provided fantastic recommendations. The breakfast staff greeted guests with smiles. Staff was always warm and professional.

The hotel had well maintained areas. There was plenty of space to enjoy the facilities. It never felt overcrowded. The pool area was super clean. The lagoon bar by the pool prepared very nice, well priced food.

The Essence of India restaurant offered really good service with a friendly attitude. Breakfast runs smoothly. All restaurants offer delicious food. They can adjust for specific needs. The breakfast buffet had great variety.

I stayed in a penthouse suite. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooms had sea views. The spacious room had a wrap around balcony. The suite included sun beds.

decent stay with minor issues
spacious suite nice pool room modernisation paid parking
i had a spacious suite with a beach view it was great the breakfast was good too also there were nice pools and many sunloungers i didn't have to worry about finding a spot. the suite's size allowed me to relax and enjoy the sea view the variety at breakfast ensured i had a good start to each day
i noticed the rooms could use some modernisation in my opinion some updates would enhance the overall experience. the parking was paid even of the hotel it was a bit inconvenient to pay extra for parking. it made me think twice about using my car

nice stay
coastal view breakfast option high standard
I was pleased with the location, it's great for walks and coastal views. the aglio e olio restaurant was particularly good. the hotel kept its rooms and surrounding areas super clean. I noted the effort made to maintain this standard. the breakfast options impressed me. I liked both indoor and outdoor options.
the tap water had a strong, unpleasant smell even after boiling. bottled water was the only option (at 4.95 euros for 750ml), a problem as i needed hot water due to illness.

the hotel is located right next to il majjistral park. the location offered an easy hiking option. the trails revealed views of the sea.

our room was spacious and had everything we asked for. the bed felt very comfortable. having access to sports channels on tv kept me entertained (especially during the weekend matches).
