mixed feelings about the stay
faulty air conditioninglimited dinner
the air conditioning barely worked. technicians came multiple times to fix it but it was still too warm, causing some discomfort at night. also, dining options were limited one evening. the restaurants were closed and i had to settle for a vending machine snack, that was not ideal.

really good stay
breakfast varietycorridor noise
the room was spacious. the pools were nice, offering a relaxing swim (the infinity pool was my favourite). i appreciated that the staff were very friendly. i enjoyed the breakfast with many options to choose from.
i found that there were lots of families, teenagers being hosted at the resort for tournaments, and school excursions. this resulted in a lot of noise in the corridors. parking was often far from the main entrance, a bit inconvenient.

the staff offered assistance with luggage and provided quick responses to inquiries. reception staff were polite and professional. i saw them handle guest requests and concerns promptly. i rated this service highly.

The spacious sea view room featured nice amenities. The sauna offered GREAT relaxation and the spa provided excellent treatments. The pool areas were well kept, and the restaurants offered good dining options.
During breakfast, I had to wait longer than expected for coffee service. The staff shortages in the mornings seemed to cause delays. It's important to address this to improve the guest experience.
