I appreciated that the hotel offered different swimming areas for various age groups. this allowed everyone to enjoy themselves at their own pace. the food quality was high and there was a wide range available at every meal. That impressed me.
i booked a room advertised as having a 'full sea view', but i was initially given a room with a side sea view. this room largely faced a building with a partial sea view, and i found that disappointing. the rooftop pool area had a shortage of sunbeds.

the hotel surprised us with a good room upgrade upon arrival it was a comfort double or twin room sea view. the room included a very spacious bed housekeeping maintained the room daily ensuring everything was immaculate. the sea view offered a beautiful backdrop to our mornings it added such charm.
i noticed the coffee offered at the breakfast buffet lacked rich flavor.

a stay with mixed feelings

The water policy was not good. Only two small bottles were given upon arrival. getting more water proved difficult without extra charges. the family pool felt overcrowded, noisy, and somewhat dirty. i noted children under the age limit in the over 13's area disrupting the peace. the whole experience lacked the sense of luxury i was hoping for.

The Deck and Keel restaurant provides various cuisine options I found great. Waiters offer a great welcome I received. Baby chairs are available in the restaurant too. I found live music on Saturday evening in the Side Street bar.
The gym has limited equipment. There were not enough options for non-alcoholic drinks during breakfast. I found the juice and water tasted chemically

The hotel included a spacious room. The room was very clean and it contained useful amenities. The breakfast buffet offered many choices (especially the omelets!). I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful.
The hotel's elevator system seemed inefficient. I experienced noticeable delays when waiting for an elevator, especially during peak times. This sometimes made traveling between floors slow and frustrating.

I had wonderful experiences at this hotel. The staff, specifically Khaila, warmly greeted me. Her friendly manner. The service overall was very good and staff members are helpful.
The hotel is busy during peak season. Pools are crowded too.
