super clean hotel clean pools ideal location

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. It was super clean everywhere. The outdoor pools was very clean. The location near the Gozo ferry terminal suited my travel plans very well.

junior suite quiet room friendly staff food variety

we are divers and chose this location for proximity to dive sites. we had a junior suite with an AMAZING!!! view. the soundproofing kept our room very quiet. the staff were helpful at all times. we upgraded our food for dinner twice and enjoyed the variety.

Some equipment was also damaged.

charmed by the bayside

clean pools available sunbeds chilled drinks convenient location

I found the pools very clean and well kept. i was happy there were always enough sunbeds available, so relaxing poolside was easy. i used the fridge in the room every day. It kept my drinks nicely chilled. the location near the ferry terminal was convenient, especially when travelling from gozo.

The entertainment in the bar was somewhat lackluster, especially the karaoke. It could definitely benefit from a livelier atmosphere and some more engaging activities.

Our room was spacious and very clean, and had a safe for valuables. the bathtub was also a great feature. I enjoyed relaxing baths after long days, what a treat.

we had half board and i thought the food was very good. there were not a huge amount of options, but everything we tried was tasty. breakfast each morning had a wide choice and was AMAZING!!!

The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. pooja, in particular, stood out. She were pretty good too ensure we felt welcome. everyone smiled all the time.

i liked the proximity to diving sites. the room was a junior suite on the top floor. the view over the bay was very quiet especially because of the nearby ferry terminal. staff members were friendly.

the all-inclusive food option was very limited. i had to sign for every drink and cocktails were not included. no drivers seemed to want to come here and those that did charge a fortune.
