I appreciated the prompt shuttle service that arrived exactly as scheduled. The staff members displayed friendliness and provided helpful assistance . I also liked the option to book the room on short notice (which really saved me).

The selection of English-language channels available on the TV could be expanded to offer more variety.

the bed was very comfy i enjoy tea and coffee in my standard room high floor. mcdonalds is located on the ground floor and offers convience.

the air con did not work so great i was so hot! also, the restaurant menu felt limited and very pricey it need more choices.
