The hotel's location was superb. Shopping and dining were an easy walk. the bed provided great comfort. i enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was a real plus after a day of exploring. i found the staff very helpful.

The room had limited wardrobe space. It featured just two hangers for clothes.

The location is central. It is near everything i wanted to see. public transport is very close too. Tram and buses are within a short walk. the rooftop breakfast was AMAZING!!! sitting on the balcony during sunny mornings was good. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed early check-in.

the room could get quite bright early in the morning. bringing a sleep mask solved this problem.

the location had easy access to public transportation i suppose.

the room was not cleaned well i noticed. the heating in the room i had was not working properly and i was quite annoyed. i expected more from the hotel.
