central hotel with excellent breakfast!
excellent breakfast short walk comfortable bed
the location is superb, a short walk to many attractions. i found the breakfast buffet really good with a vast array of choices. my room, a beautiful king room, was spacious and clean, i appreciate the comfortable bed and the modern amenities it had.
It disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere a bit.

The staff handled check-in efficiently and were always polite. they offered assistance promptly whenever needed. the concierge service was very helpful in providing directions and recommendations throughout my visit. They were always smiling.

the fitness center includes several cardio machines and weight equipment. the pool area features ample seating with both sunny and shaded spots. the champions sports bar offers a wide selection of beers and shows various games on big screens.

The hotel offers a prime location, convenient for accessing many attractions. The hotel features a nice bar, Cascade, where an excellent bartender works. I found the breakfast spread at ParkRing great. It provided a satisfying start to each day. The hotel has a nice pool.
The golden handles at the elevator ALWAYS seemed full of fingerprints.

The hotel has a location on the main street allowing easy access to the city center on foot. It is very convenient. A tram and metro station are located close to the hotel, providing transportation options around the city.

The concierge was professional. He was always available to assist with directions and recommendations. The valets, Obay and Adnen, offered helpful and kind assistance, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. They showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction.

mixed feelings at this hotel
old hotel terrible service
the room i booked was not available. the hotel seems old and somewhat dark. i asked for the room to be cleaned by noon, but it was not done when i returned at 5 pm. it was just terrible really.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. the rooms are spacious. It has everything one needs. the staff is helpful. the breakfast buffet is among the best i have experienced.
the pillows were not very comfortable, so i had some trouble sleeping well.

great spread major attractions helpful staff poor air conditioning crowded pool repeated requests
the breakfast included a great spread. all the major attractions were walkable from the location. i found the staff to be very helpful (especially with directions!).
the air conditioning did not work well in the m club lounge. the pool was quite crowded when i visited. multiple requests for basic service amenities had to be repeated .

professional staff handy location quiet room room cleanliness housekeeping service long waiting
the staff was professional. the location was handy as a tram line was right outside. i found nice restaurants nearby. the quiet room ensured i slept well.
the cleanliness of the room was a concern. the housekeeping service needs improvement. i left in the morning, but the room was not cleaned until late afternoon. it took multiple attempts to get it cleaned properly.
