I found the staff at the front desk quite helpful. They provided useful advice . The hotel is near many transportation lines. I could easily reach the city center and central train station. There were also two supermarkets and some bakeries nearby (very useful).

I found the automated self check-in very convenient. There are very nice spaces available for lounging. The rooms are spacious and clean, I liked it.

The air con system barely worked in my room. I called them, but they said it take a while to kick in because the room hadn't been used. I have been here for days and it still not working.
