Convenient Hub for city exploration

I found the staff at the front desk quite helpful. They provided useful advice . The hotel is near many transportation lines. I could easily reach the city center and central train station. There were also two supermarkets and some bakeries nearby (very useful).

The room phone did not work, inconvenient.

The room featured blackout curtains ensuring good sleep. Shampoo, shower gel and cream were available which was convenient. The hotel is close to Praterstern station providing easy access to various locations. A shelf in the shower is beneficial.

I found the automated self check-in very convenient. There are very nice spaces available for lounging. The rooms are spacious and clean, I liked it.

The air con system barely worked in my room. I called them, but they said it take a while to kick in because the room hadn't been used. I have been here for days and it still not working.
