The location offered easy access to public transportation. The breakfast at the hotel was superb. I found nice staff (especially Thomas).

polite staff high cleanliness convenient location

i found staff courteous. the hotel maintained high standard of cleanliness. the location provides very convenient access. the breakfast offered a satisfactory selection. i could find easy access to fresh salad in small mall.

some furniture, especially the seats, produce noticeable squeaks during use. the squeaks sound often.

historic design luxurious lobby unpleasant reception average cleaning

the hotel had a beautiful historic design. the lobby appear luxurious. there was a small mall with a supermarket inside it. i found it easy to buy fresh salat.

the reception was not very pleasant. they did not make an effort to speak other languages. the porter watched me pass, but they did not open the door. the cleaning was average and the bed was not made.

air control issue moldy smell

the location was good, and the staff were attentive.

The air control did not worked well. i was either freezing or too hot, it made it hard to sleep well. also, i notice mold in the shower. The towels had a moldy smell
