I found the staff very efficient and friendly! the free drink voucher was a considerate touch, i think. my room was clean and tidy, i even borrowed an iphone charger. the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed the bar a lot.

everything administrative was a slight problem like the bill. nothing administrative was exactly as i asked and paid. i think the hotel itself is nice though!

the staff provided assistance with luggage and offered recommendations for local dining and attractions, it was very helpful. the reception staff were available 24/7. the service.

the hotel has proximity to the city center, about a five-minute walk. the christmas market was also a short walk. public transport, including tram stations, are about 200m away. it was easy getting around.

The hotel is about ten minutes from many points of interest. My room overlooked the backyard. This might have helped keep it quiet. Rooms are clean, and all necessities were present. Internet access worked with no issues. I appreciated the overall decor, specifically the colors and furnishings. Breakfast had a satisfactory variety.

The gym was rather small and limited the number of people who could use it at one time.
