a pleasant stay

easy train train access friendly staff staff quiet rooms rooms cold water cleaner knocking knocking

the location was very convenient with easy train access. the staff were friendly and helpful. the bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

someone had turned off the cold water. we called the front desk three times with no answer. the cleaners kept knocking on our door well before check out.

The reception staff did not provide a warm welcome. I found their demeanor rather unwelcoming. The room also lacked basic amenities, such as slippers and robes. These items are expected considering the price. I also found the shower water temperature difficult to manage. It got too hot, posing a potential safety issue.

beautiful park convenient pizzeria nearby billa difficult shower thin comforter older linens

The hotel is close to the zoo. It was about a 10-minute walk. i walked through a beautiful park before reaching the entrance. a pizzeria is just a few meters away. Billa and mcdonald's are a 4-5 minute walk.

the shower was difficult to get in and out of. there were no toiletries at all except for hand wash. the comforter was super thin and the linens older.
