the rooms were lovely.
i requested early check in, but they couldn't accommodate it. even when i was checking in at the advertised time, my room still wasn't ready until about an hour later. staff couldn't give a reason why this happened

the room had a fridge and an electric kettle it was very convenient. the location was great for exploring by train tram or walking. i found many restaurants nearby.
the street outside was noisy the windows did not insulate well. the room lacked a heating option i felt cold at night. the bed was uncomfortable i experienced backache and poor sleep.

The room was spacious enough for my needs. It even had a mini-fridge.
The shower and sink were IN the middle of the room, so there was no privacy. The carpet in my room was really filthy. There was nobody at the bar, even though it should have been open.

i had issues with the shower. there was no maintenance person available to fix it, so we couldn't change rooms. plus, the staff wasn't very helpful (i found them not friendly at all).

excellent experience in a superb location

the hotel is right by the metro stop, which i found really convenient. my room had a clean, spacious feel with notably high ceilings. there were a lot of restaurants nearby. many cafes. the staff were very helpful and approachable, always quick to assist (which i really appreciated).
I found that the sound insulation wasn't perfect. I could hear some street noise.

The sauna and gym were available for guest use. I found them clean and well-kept. the hotel also provides complimentary high-speed wifi throughout the premises, and i had no issues connecting. it provided a seamless experience.
