A wonderful stay near the station
easy transport relaxing atmosphere excellent location
The location was excellent, especially with the train station so close. Access to transport was easy, a real bonus for exploring. The bar provided a relaxing atmosphere each evening (a perfect end to busy days!).
The room lacked a kettle, which would have been nice for making tea.

The hotel is across the road from the main train station. It provides very easy access to trams, trolleys and the subway. This made it straightforward to navigate the city.

The room was very clean with fresh linens. It had a comfortable bed (i slept so well). Good bathroom facilities were available, providing basic but sufficient amenities for my short stay.

malfunctioning hairdryer missing amenities
The room lacked basic amenities. I found no water or body lotion in the room. The hairdryer also did not function. I consider this unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. I expect more complete service.

faulty door lock extra door stopper
the location is near the main train station, a great transport hub.
the door lock did not work properly, and i could not lock the door properly from inside the room, and i had to use my extra door stopper for safety.

okay stay near the station
great location helpful staff room size smoking area
location are close to the train station. it was very easy to get around. the staff are attentive and helpful, i think.
the rooms didn't have much. no water or body lotion are in the room. even the hairdryer didn't work, honestly. the rooms were small, and the window faced a smoking area, i think. the room smelled of smoke.

An Okay Stay Near the Station
great location friendly staff satellite channels room phone
The location is seriously great. It's right next to the train station! It was easy to reach the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful. That was something I liked!
The TV didn't broadcast satellite channels. That was annoying. There was no way to connect to Netflix or anything. That was a bummer! there was no phone in the room, so I couldn't call the reception if I needed anything. I missed having a kettle in the room too. I wanted tea at night!

excellent transport comfortable room efficient check-in
The hotel's location next to the main train station proved highly convenient. I easily accessed various parts of the city and beyond due to the excellent transport links. Check-in was efficient, and the room provided a clean, comfortable environment for my stay.
I noticed the absence of a kettle in the room, and there was no complimentary bottled water. I had to go downstairs to the bar to request ice and water, a minor inconvenience.

comfortable bed clean room main station light blocking audible noise slamming doors
the location was convenient to the main station. the room was clean with a comfortable bed. i found the shower good, providing basic amenities for my stay.
the curtain did not block light well, affecting my sleep. i heard noise from people walking in the room above. doors slamming were also audible.
