We chose a room with a double bed and its comfort was lovely. It enhanced our rest after spa visits. toiletries provided a touch of luxury, definitely appreciated. the tea making facilities allowed for gentle moments together before and after outings.

the room was very clean and beautiful. the bed provided comfort. i found the bathroom to be modern and immaculate. breakfast proved to be excellent, with excellent and polite service.

i found the garden at the back looked quite run down. the old furniture looked worn. dead plants and weeds could be seen.

the staff were very cute and helpful. joanne from housekeeping was on hand to show me to my room (i found this particularly helpful).

The noise was a bit of a problem as the walls seemed thin. i also found it difficult to adjust the temperature in my room. It was quite cold.
