a stay with some issues

slow wifibroken tv

The wifi was really slow! it barely loaded anything. the tv also didn't work. Staff tried to fix it but it broke again right away. it was frustrating because i wanted to relax in my room. also, the lift wasn't working, so i had to carry my bags up the stairs.

I appreciated the REALLY spacious room. It was super clean. Gino and ozzy in the restaurant and bar WERE great. They are a real credit to this amazing place. i ate there. The food was beautiful, and the selection was perfect.

the lift WASN'T working. it made getting up and down the stairs a bit of a nightmare.

the room provided MANY storage options and included an iron, hairdryer, and a GREAT television. plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits were also available in the good room. the bed felt VERY comfortable.

The hotel provides a 24/7 reception, offering peace of mind. the terrace offers LOVELY river views. having a drink or a meal on the terrace in warmer weather will be good. I CAN'T wait.
