seafront location spacious room good breakfast offsite parking unanswered email steep stairs
the location was fantastic it was right on the seafront and close to shops. the room was spacious it had all the facilities i needed. the breakfast was lovely it offered a good choice.
the parking was not on site i had to park across the road. my email about parking was not answered i would have preferred upfront information. the stairs were steep there was no lift available.

excellent seafront stay
friendly staff clean room gorgeous beach
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was lovely and clean. i enjoyed the thai meal one evening. the beaches were gorgeous and clean.
i did have to park in a metered bay on the street outside. it was quite expensive. i paid £4.50 for 2 hours. parking is free between 6.00pm and 8.00am.

friendly staff helpful staff small room uncomfortable bed parking issue
the staff were very friendly and helpful, i did appreciate that.
I found the room quite small. The double bed felt more like a large single. it was not comfortable at all and i had difficulty sleeping. parking was also an issue since i couldn't find a suitable spot close by.

good choice friendly staff spacious room no parking dark decor security light
the hotel breakfast included a good choice of items. staff was friendly and helpful . the room was spacious and had facilities available. the bed were comfy also.
parking was not available at the hotel. i had to park on the street. the corridors had dark decor. the room faced a courtyard that had a security light that stayed on all night.

Excellent Stay Near the Seafront
friendly staff delicious breakfast convenient location
I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. My recently refurbished room offered a high standard of comfort. The shower worked perfectly, providing excellent hot water. Breakfast was delicious with a well-cooked full English available. There were plenty of extras, including toast, cereal, juice, and hot drinks. The hotel was super clean and well-kept throughout my stay. I appreciated the convenient location a short walk from the races. The hotel's cleanliness and overall presentation impressed me. I also liked the fact that early check-in was possible.
I noticed that parking was limited, and finding a free space took a while.

All staff were friendly and polite. They accommodated requests, for example, mushrooms with no bacon for breakfast. Staff also facilitated an early check in, beneficial after a long journey.
