the party was very well staffed, ensuring food arrived promptly and was cleared efficiently (a smooth operation!). staff members were consistently lovely and very helpful. the grounds outside offered a perfect space for children to play and burn off energy. it.
the decor felt somewhat dated in places, which affected the overall ambiance. the shower temperature was not consistently hot, a bit disappointing. there was a car sales operation using the car park, so i parked among their stock. (it was a bit unconventional).

The staff exhibited friendliness. Breakfast was excellent. They adjusted plans to accommodate our late arrival. The reception staff offered good service. I found the building beautiful. The service exceeded my expectations.
The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. I could not open the window for fresh air in my room.

The dining room featured beautiful decor. Breakfast options were great. Matthew prepared excellent scrambled eggs. I also enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the bistro dining room.

The hotel is located approximately twenty minutes away from Sedgefield races. The premises include a beautiful building. A nearby farm provides an interesting environmental backdrop, it is very rural. The grounds were well kept.

The staff at reception were very attentive. I enjoyed a breakfast there, it was very good. The grounds outside were beautiful and well maintained, so it was nice to take a stroll. The hotel is very dog friendly.
The decor in some areas seemed a little dated.

Staff were very friendly. They greeted me upon arrival. I asked for an ironing board and iron, the staff were happy to help. The service was quick.
