The breakfast was ok. The location near the metro was a plus.

The room was noisy at night due to traffic (even with closed windows. unbelievable). The 'kitchen' area was quite basic. It only had one very large pan and one small pan. The cutlery was a mishmash. There was no sink plug or tea towel so I couldn't properly wash up.

i totally loved how close this place is to everything! we could easily walk to so many cool spots and the metro was right there too i arrived super early and they let us check in right away which was amazing after traveling the staff was super helpful too they even booked a taxi for us to get to the airport. it was perfect!

honestly the lighting in the hallways at night felt a little dim

our apartment was spacious and clean it had everything i needed including a well-equipped kitchen the air conditioning worked perfectly and the bathroom even had a fabulous shower with perfect water pressure , made the stay relaxing

i stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and it was spacious. the apartment included necessary amenities, for example, a full fridge and freezer and a washing machine, very practical, especially for a longer stay with the family. wifi access throughout the apartment worked very well.

The reception staff were really friendly. they provided great information about local attractions, directions, and even recommended a better beach. check-in was quick, and the receptionist was lovely. This made arrival smooth and stress-free.

The pool access proved problematic. Accessing it was fine. This led to confusion. I had to walk outside in my swimwear to find my way back. the walls are not thick enough. I returned after 11 p.m. and spoke with my husband briefly. The receptionist came to the door to tell me to be quiet. This was rude.

The walls provide minimal sound insulation. I could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. this was particularly disruptive during the night. also, the promised upgrade was not what i expected. It turned out to be the very room i had originally booked. it seems there a mix-up occured with the hotel staff.
