faulty air temperaturestrange aroma
The gym! oh, the gym. it was like stepping into a sauna. i suspect the air temperature control was just for show. then, i discovered this lovely aroma emanating from the washroom. Definitely not eau de toilette. it was hard to ignore.

The air conditioning in my room barely worked. It was uncomfortably warm the entire time! i reported it, but nothing changed. the noise from the street also made it difficult to sleep well

The hotel location is convenient. It is an easy and safe walk to the Metro, restaurants, and shops.
I was frustrated with the room service. The delivery person rushed the payment and selected the wrong currency. I ended up paying almost $75 AUD for a toasted sandwich, a burger, chips, and a small fruit salad (no drinks included!). the hotel has steps at the entrance with no ramp. This made it difficult to manage luggage.
