My room was a good size and tidy. i found free tea and coffee available all day. the bathroom had a really nice shower. It have no bath, which i liked. i also found the staff super friendly and helpful when i needed directions.
the street outside was kinda noisy at night, i could hear people talking loud. i got earplugs from reception, but i would have prefer quieter room.

The hotel is near to placa de catalunya. La rambla is easy accessible too. the hotel is on a lively street, with many fast food places and shops around, super handy. it is easy for me to get to all the cool places!

I enjoyed the breakfast. it have so much food and variety. the hotel offer free tea and coffee all day. the buffet area were always clean. The coffee tasted really good in my opinion.

The room lacked some expected items. there wasn't a fridge. I needed to keep water cold. the temperature control in the room didn't work, so it was quite cold. i also found the noise to be an issue, as the cleaning staff were loud each morning.

the hotel is located so close to everything! it's near la rambla and plaça de catalunya. the room was clean and modern, it really felt fresh, and i loved the free hot drinks available each afternoon (such a lovely touch!).

the hotel offered complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea between 12pm and 8pm. wi-fi worked great, so i could video call back home. they offered baggage storage for only 2euros.
