non-working controlloud cleaning
The room lacked some expected items. there wasn't a fridge. I needed to keep water cold. the temperature control in the room didn't work, so it was quite cold. i also found the noise to be an issue, as the cleaning staff were loud each morning.

the hotel is located so close to everything! it's near la rambla and plaça de catalunya. the room was clean and modern, it really felt fresh, and i loved the free hot drinks available each afternoon (such a lovely touch!).

I enjoyed diverse and fresh choices at breakfast! they had something for everyone. I was excited to see various options (i loved the fruit selection!).

the hotel offered complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea between 12pm and 8pm. wi-fi worked great, so i could video call back home. they offered baggage storage for only 2euros.
