fantastic location and attentive staff

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location is great. my room was clean. the hotel accepted early check-in for us, which i appreciated. we received a welcome drink of champagne and iberico ham while waiting in the restaurant.

the reception area is tiny, and there was no one available to assist with luggage upon arrival.

The hotel's location provided easy access to key attractions. I found several restaurants close by. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful (especially when I needed directions). My room had good water pressure in the shower. The hotel accepted early check-in for me.

The reception area is somewhat small, it could be larger.
