I found the location very convenient for shopping. the modern design of the hotel pleased me. Even the tv had netflix. the staff was kind and helpful, so i was able to secure a last-minute dinner reservation for a large group.

The rooms are well designed. I particularly enjoyed the rainfall shower. le labo products were a luxurious addition. the rooftop terrace was lovely and offered a relaxing space, though the bar had limited hours. the customer service stood out, all requests were addressed promptly.
The breakfast was good. Though i wished for more diverse options, especially for those avoiding eggs.

the reservation was made on behalf of my wife. she was impressed with the service she got. it was really good all the way. even before my wife got to the hotel the conversations with the hotel staff were courteous and professional. a staff member even went to pick up the spa voucher for us and placed it in the room before my wife's arrival. i appreciate the prompt responses and the willingness to assist at every stage. it was very obvious a culture of excellence permeates the organization.
the phone in the room didn't work so i had to use my personal phone to contact reception for basic requests

the hotel location is very good, it is near many places of attractions within a twenty minute walk. the area around the hotel is quiet. this makes it convenient and peaceful.

the hotel is very close to the bus line. it. the staff was always friendly and helpful. they were always ready to assist with any questions i had. the breakfast buffet had many choices. it was great to have so much variety.
