convenient location modern design kind staff
I found the location very convenient for shopping. the modern design of the hotel pleased me. Even the tv had netflix. the staff was kind and helpful, so i was able to secure a last-minute dinner reservation for a large group.

well designed rooms rainfall shower luxurious addition prompt requests
The rooms are well designed. I particularly enjoyed the rainfall shower. le labo products were a luxurious addition. the rooftop terrace was lovely and offered a relaxing space, though the bar had limited hours. the customer service stood out, all requests were addressed promptly.
The breakfast was good. Though i wished for more diverse options, especially for those avoiding eggs.

really good service courteous conversation prompt response excellent culture
the reservation was made on behalf of my wife. she was impressed with the service she got. it was really good all the way. even before my wife got to the hotel the conversations with the hotel staff were courteous and professional. a staff member even went to pick up the spa voucher for us and placed it in the room before my wife's arrival. i appreciate the prompt responses and the willingness to assist at every stage. it was very obvious a culture of excellence permeates the organization.
the phone in the room didn't work so i had to use my personal phone to contact reception for basic requests

the hotel location is very good, it is near many places of attractions within a twenty minute walk. the area around the hotel is quiet. this makes it convenient and peaceful.

i found the bar area to be a chilled and comfortable place to have a drink. bar prices are reasonable for a hotel like this. bar snacks are very good and also well priced too.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. they were also very knowledgeable about local events. reception staff was pleasant and helpful. they provided excellent new changing facilities returning to pick up luggage.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff assisted with spa voucher pick-up, demonstrating a culture of excellence. The location is perfect for exploring local shops and restaurants. I especially liked the rooftop terrace with its relaxing atmosphere.
I noticed the gym's playlist could use an update with more variety.

The staff was attentive and pleasant. One staff member purchased an adapter for me when i forgot mine. I experienced quick responses and a willingness to assist at every stage. They clearly work hard.

Breakfast offered great quality. There was reasonable pricing for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel provides good cocktails with relaxing jazz style music. I found the breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

the hotel offered a private parking on site. this was useful. the staff was very friendly and helpful . the volta restaurant and bar, part of the hotel, was open all day and served excellent food.

the hotel is very close to the bus line. it. the staff was always friendly and helpful. they were always ready to assist with any questions i had. the breakfast buffet had many choices. it was great to have so much variety.
housekeeping seemed a little inconsistent. i had to request coffee pods one day.
