The rooftop pool did provide some relief after a long day.

The noise from the street was relentless. Sleep seemed a luxury, not a guarantee. My room's proximity to the hotel restaurant meant I endured the constant slamming of a door all evening. That door needed some serious WD-40 or perhaps a controlled explosion.

I really loved the hotel's central location. It's tucked away from the main street. i found that the hotel was more like an apartment with a amazing view! the staff was on point, and the service was the BEST!!!

my room faced a busy plaza, and i did hear a lot of street noise, even with the new windows. worse yet, my room was above the busy restaurant entrance, so i heard that door open and shut constantly.

The staff were friendly and cute. They helped us a great deal. they spoke english, which helped us . the team was professional and stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

loud air conditioninginsufficient counter space

The room faced an inner courtyard. The view consisted primarily of ventilation ducts. the air conditioning unit was quite loud. It. i also found that the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries. the shower pressure fluctuated, so maintaining a consistent water temperature was challenging. these issues detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay.
