decent stay with minor issues

comfortable bed cooked breakfast sticky floor rusty element

the room was clean the bed was comfortable the staff were helpful the location was convenient for reaching the town centre the cooked breakfast was included in the price it was a pleasant start to the day the service at breakfast was friendly various items were available buffet style

i found clumps of hair on the carpet it seemed it had not been vacuumed properly the floor in the toilet area was sticky i noticed aged yellow staining around the rim of the toilet seat the kettle had a rusty element i found only two everyday teabags in the room

The staff were very friendly during breakfast. It was perfect.

The toilet seat in my Beautiful King Room had aged, yellow staining. I told caroline about it, but she just nodded and didn't seem to care. I also noticed there was no luggage rack in the room.

the staff was accommodating and supportive of every request i had. this. the rooms were really clean and beautifully decorated..

i booked expecting a stylish boutique experience, but it felt underwhelming. the heating did not work in the bedroom or bathroom. the breakfast bar was mediocre with little effort put into the selection..

clean room fluffy towels

My room was neat and clean, it had everything I needed. The bathroom included a great shower and fluffy towels. The staff was lovely and very accommodating to all requests.
