The noise isolation was bad. I heard everything from the neighboring rooms. i also found only one electrical outlet near the bed, quite inconvenient. the tv didn't support video streaming apps either, which i was hoping for. twice.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

The room was quite spacious and clean. I found the beds firm with comfortable pillows. Breakfast featured freshly baked cakes and pastries. I particularly enjoyed the variety. The location had bus and train stations within a short walk. (I almost missed my train, but it was still convenient.)

The breakfast included a lot of food choices and a quality espresso and latte coffee machine. There are also plenty of food options available in the surrounding area, a factor I considered useful when selecting accommodation. Breakfast definitely was a highlight.

Reception service was very friendly and accommodating. The staff helped store my luggage upon my early arrival at 6 AM before check-in. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, as I didn't encounter any problem .

The hotel benefits from a good location near several restaurants and shopping malls. It is a short walk to the metro station and bus service. Casa da Musica metro station is not far away too (although I never went there).
