The staff was very helpful and friendly, they gave great local tips. the room was clean and modern! it also had a lovely welcome note. breakfast was a good start to the day. It had eggs, bacon, and vegetarian options.

The room was quite small. It felt a bit tight. we could hear our neighbors talking through the walls. The soundproofing wasn't great. the elevator had some issues. It dropped a bit at first!

wow, just wow!

amazing breakfast live music fun vibe

the breakfast was seriously amazing. There were so many choices like eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, and different types of bread! the rooftop bar had awesome live music one evening. I enjoyed the drinks too.

i wish there was a bit more soundproofing, as i could sometimes hear noise from the street.

My standard double room included coffee making facilities, so that was a treat. i got fresh water every day. the shower was really good, which i needed after long walks. there was a lovely welcome note.

This hotel is super central. It's only a 15-minute walk to the ribeira square and the main train station. i loved how many good restaurants and bars were so close. Plus, i could easily get to the river too!

The hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the city. I found the staff to be helpful with directions. The room was very clean and modern, exactly as pictured.

The in-room safe was a bit small. It barely fit my laptop.

Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues

elevator malfunction noticeable noise

The elevator was out of service for a significant portion of my stay. I had to use the stairs to reach my room, not ideal with luggage. Also , the room lacked adequate soundproofing . Street noise was noticeable even late at night. It made it difficult to fall asleep sometimes.
