a fantastic stay!

rooftop pool breakfast choice

I loved the rooftop pool. The views are very nice and the bar service was quick! breakfast had a fantastic choice with really good quality, especially the made-to-order eggs. i found everything new and the latest technologies used throughout the hotel, a super nice touch.

i requested my final bill, but i still haven't received it after several days. i hope they can improve their billing process.

my room featured a stylish and clean design. modern technology throughout. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a wonderful rainfall shower for convenience. there was enough space, and i found the city view good!

the staff were super friendly, very attentive, and were great too help! breakfast service was quick, and the staff were accommodating to every request. i really enjoyed their positive attitude.

The hotel is in a nice residential neighborhood with a beautiful church nearby! the city centre is within a reasonable distance, about 15-20 minutes. Uber is a great option and very affordable! it's worth it.

the executive king room was very clean (i really appreciated that). the minibar was stocked daily with water, soft drinks, and snacks. the rooftop pool was a definite highlight, heated and open in the evening.

the view from my room was just alright. it was a street view and not particularly nice.

Really good Stay Experience

I found the hotel bar to be a very nice space. It included local and premium drinks. The barman was very friendly and easy to chat with. The executive rooms have complimentary house drinks and snacks from 3-5pm.

I encountered a very slight negative experience . The techno party on the roof limited the use of facilities and created noise until after 10PM.

I noticed that most attractions are no more than a 30-minute walk away. I liked that I could walk almost everywhere. I only needed to use Bolt when I felt it necessary.

SUPERB stay!

stocked fridge free happy hour

The fridge was stocked daily with water, soft drinks, wine, beer, and a chocolate bar. Chips and custom custard tarts were also left, which I thought was a NICE touch. Executive rooms included a free happy hour. The service was wonderful, and the drinks were great! I loved the rooftop pool. It is heated and open in the evening.

There was a view of the street below from my room. It was nothing special. I spent most of my time out and about, so this was not a major issue for me.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with stylish furnishings! The comfortable beds featured quality duvets and pillows. The mini bar items were complimentary, and they were replenished daily.

Breakfast consisted of an excellent variety of quality items. The bar area had a lot of local and premium drinks to enjoy. Executive rooms have house drinks with complementary snacks between 3-5pm.

The hotel has a heated rooftop pool that is open in the evening! The terrace area is comfortable, and the service is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood with a beautiful church as a backdrop.

roof party rude manager

the breakfast was acceptable and the location allowed me to see everything i wanted.

they had a techno party on the roof. this limited use of the facilities. it also made a lot of noise past ten pm. i never received my final bill even after i asked for it. the manager of customer experience was very rude.
