i found the lack of variety in the breakfast fruit selection somewhat disappointing. while the breakfast assortment was standard, it could benefit from a wider range of fresh, ripe fruits.

An Old Chateau With Charms

The hotel felt old and beautiful to me. It has a robust architecture. The staff showed good manners and were very kind.

The hotel felt dated in some aspects. The balcony was very small. It needed a revamp of its side panels, a real shame.

The hotel is in the heart of it all. It is near many shops. You are very close to restaurants and a bakery, all within walking distance.

I found the room smelled quite musty and i woke up with a sore throat. I suspect mold. the stingy provision of amenities did not help, such as very small shampoo bottles without refills. this fell short of what i expect from a four-star hotel.

the staff was very helpful . they addressed my questions quickly.

My room was not up to par. The bathroom was quite small and outdated. the shower curtain felt flimsy, and there was barely any space to place toiletries. it was hard to feel comfortable in such a cramped space.

The bathroom had a non-slip surface in the shower. This added a lot of safety. the room, while compact, was still roomy enough for my needs. i really liked the garden view from the courtyard side. It kept the outside business noise away.
