The breakfast had a huge selection of food. It even had champagne for mimosas.

I wanted to like the hotel, but I ended up disappointed. The biggest issue was the dim lighting throughout the hotel (in the rooms, lobby, and spa). The light switches did not make sense. I also had issues with customer service. The front desk manager was not helpful. I expected more from this stay.

a tranquil getaway

excellent breakfastconvenient location

the hotel location was very convenient for exploring the Gaia side of the river. many restaurants and shops were nearby, and i enjoyed the easy walk along the river up to the luis bridge , a lovely pedestrian crossing to the other side. the breakfast was excellent , with an omelette and egg station providing fresh choices.
