super clean hotel room fresh water fast air conditioning

the hotel room was Super clean. it was a double room. it included fresh water every day and tea and coffee topped up daily. the air conditioning worked FAST.

there wasn't much choice of tv channels.

the location was acceptable (i guess).

staff rudely snatched a glass off me when i picked up a clean glass from the bar. She was very cross. i found their unhappiness in their jobs reflected in the service.

charming stay!

cozy balcony perfect location helpful staff

I loved that my room had a cozy balcony facing the street, it was very quiet, actually. the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. I could easily explore. the staff were helpful with directions and provided recommendations.

the elevator was a bit slow at times.
