staff rudely snatched a glass off me when i picked up a clean glass from the bar. She was very cross. i found their unhappiness in their jobs reflected in the service.

I loved that my room had a cozy balcony facing the street, it was very quiet, actually. the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. I could easily explore. the staff were helpful with directions and provided recommendations.
