i found the location to be wonderfully central. the front desk staff was helpful with local recommendations. my room was super clean, and i greatly valued the security of needing a key card for floor access.

i noticed some minor noise from the street but nothing too bad.

the hotel offers secure inside parking and this is a big plus who comes with a car. it also has an excellent location, which makes it easier to move around and visit the various tourist attractions.

the staff are genuinely kind and helpful and provide useful tips about restaurants and attractions. the team is professional and very responsive, something that all guests are very fond of, as well as the hotel's concierge service.

the hotel breakfast features a broad selection of high-quality products, perfect for starting the day. the bar has happy hour with local wines and some guest enjoyed, but prices in general are major expensive.

My room had a speaker. I liked that. The cleaning lady did a fantastic job, and the bathroom looked disinfected! They gave me a complimentary water bottle each day. I thought that was very nice.

My room faced the front. There was quite a bit of street noise. It bothered me. I could hear traffic all night. It made sleeping hard. There was not much space to unpack things properly, either.

The hotel has a great location near the Trindade metro station. It has a direct link to the airport. The staff were cute and friendly.

My room faced the front of the building, and street noise was noticeable. The room size was ok, but there wasn't much space to unpack. The bathroom had mold in the shower (a little bit).
