helpful staff convenient location easy access
the front desk staff were helpful every time i needed assistance. the hotel's location near the river made it easy to access riverside restaurants. i found the short walk to the bridge quite convenient.
the hotel parking spaces are limited which requires advance reservation.

the location was good. it was easy to walk to riverside attractions. the breakfast was delicious (lots of options!). the staff was helpful.
i noticed some stains on the couch and one pillow. the bed frame was noisy. the rooftop bar was empty with so much potential.

clean hotel warm location private terrace
the location embraced me like a warm hug. it was close to everything by foot, but somehow tucked away from the bustle. i did enjoy the rooftop terrace as it seemed like our own little secret. the hotel shined with cleanliness, and it pleased my heart.
the room i got felt a bit ordinary, i found a very slight imperfection.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
ineffective air conditioning worn carpets
The location was pretty good and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. A sufficient start to the day.
I was disappointed that the air conditioning didn't work well. The room remained uncomfortably warm. also, finding parking was a hassle. The hotel's limited spots meant i had to park far away. the carpets in the hallways looked pretty worn. Giving a poor first impression, it was a bit off-putting.
