broken air conditioning missed transfer

the location was acceptable. i was close to many attractions.

the air conditioning did not work. it was a very hot stay. additionally, a transfer scheduled by the hotel staff never looked. i had to find my own way to the airport.

music outside helpful staff hidden socket soundproof window

location are nice with music outside most nights. staff are friendly and helpful. breakfast had a wide selection of items.

i only find three sockets in the room. two was hidden under bedside tables and hard to reach. soundproof windows are not good we could hear people laughing and music.

The staff promptly informed us our room was ready ahead of schedule. The room was spacious and clean. I found the breakfast offered many good choices. The hotel's location made it easy to access many nearby attractions and restaurants.

Street musicians performed on the square outside until late at night and the sound came easily through the windows.

The building had a lift for easy access. The hotel offered a complimentary glass of port wine and a pastel de nata upon arrival for each guest. The breakfast buffet included hot items and many snacks.

The staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel provided a turndown service each evening that included fresh towels and tidying of personal items. Reception staff were able to answer all our questions.

The room featured a comfortable bed. a separate bath and shower. A kettle and fridge were useful additions. Air conditioning worked well. It kept the room at a consistent temperature. The room included complimentary water.

The hotel's central location offered easy access to major tourist sights and lots of restaurants. I found it very easy to walk everywhere. The building is located near the town square and other shops are nearby.
