wonderful stay

ideal location helpful staff great breakfast relaxing spa

i thought the hotel was in a ideal spot. the staff were helpful and also very friendly. breakfast was the best i have had in a long time. spa was a nice relax after walking those hills. i did loved my stay at this lovely hotel. i hope to come back to this hotel sometime.

i did found a small thing i didn't like. the gym is fine, but it got some dust. maybe it is just my impression, however. everything was great, still!

the hotel stands right on a pedestrian street, so there are many shops and restaurants very near. most attractions are reachable within a short walk, maybe about 10 minutes. this make it easy to explore the city.

the reception staff are very cute and ready to help with anything. the breakfast staff are kind and quick, so i could get what i want promptly. every employee i met were very good.

mixed feelings about my stay

room location useless service

the breakfast had great quality.

The room i got was next to an elevator shaft and close to a technical room, it was really noisy. i guess it was a water pump (i could hear it running all the time). the whatsapp service was useless. I got messages asking for feedback, but no one ever replied when i actually wrote something.

The breakfast had an very nice spread. A vegan table and a separate area for gluten-free items were available. Hot gluten-free dishes were also available from the menu, I had scrambled eggs on gluten-free toast.
