The staff provided really good service ! The breakfast buffet impressed me with its extensive selection. Fresh options were abundant and the quality stood out! The variety surely catered to every palate. I enjoyed the convenience of having so much available each morning.

The elevator system felt slightly confusing at first! It needed a bit of getting used to.

outdated room uncomfortable bed

the location offers excellent views across the city , which i found acceptable.

the room felt outdated , similar to a 2004 marriott , and the furnishings seemed very worn out. the heating system was difficult to manage , and the bed was uncomfortably low.

The room offered a pleasing view, exactly as I had hoped.

Upon check-in, the room assigned did not match the photographs I had seen online. The hotel staff offered an upgrade, but they were charging an extra fee. the room didn't even include wine glasses, despite the hotel's prominent wine theme, and I needed to request them.

excellent hotel stay

modern gym outdoor pool bottled water helpful staff

I visited for a short stay and found several aspects of the hotel excellent. the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the outdoor pool area featured around twenty loungers plus a shaded section. also, i found complimentary bottled water restocked daily in my room. It was a great benefit. the staff offered assistance with directions and provided local information when asked.

The hotel's layout felt a bit confusing initially. It took a day to fully navigate the corridors.

some minor issues

spacious room comfortable bed amazing food customer service many stairs long distance

my room was spacious. the bed was comfortable. i enjoyed the spa ritual, it was amazing.

i was not helped when i was locked out of the side gate. there are lots of stairs to get around from town. it is inconvenient. getting from my room is a half a mile to the front desk.

breakfast are good and the room are beautifully decorated. the gastronomic restaurant offers a great experience. the menu is creative and each course is decorated like a artwork. the staff makes a very good impression and i enjoyed the dinner experience.
