nice staff super clean hotel lovely breakfast hot tub unresolved issue

i found THE staff really nice and cute. the hotel is super clean. the breakfast was lovely. the wifi was super quick, no lags occured, even though it reminded me of we were halfway up a mountain.

there was no access to the hot tub. we were told it had to be booked separately from accommodation and 24 hours in advance. the guest wifi wouldn't work and despite asking about this at reception the issue wasn't resolved or no help given.

charming stay

friendly staff cozy room professional service

the staff was lovely and so friendly. recommendations were provided for local activities and dining. i appreciated the warm, cozy rooms and the excellent showers. breakfast was pre-booked, the table was great and the service was really professional.

The hot tub had to be booked separately and ahead of time.

Our family room included all necessary features for a comfortable stay! it featured tea and coffee making facilities. the room was clean and cosy. This helped us relax after a day of sightseeing, though the decor could use updating.
