Mixed feelings about the stay

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection.
The wi-fi was terrible. It barely worked in my room. Road noise was also a problem. I struggled to sleep because of the constant traffic outside. The room I got had an adjoining door which disturbed my sleep all night.

The food quality fell short of expectations I had Turkey and Ham Potatoes and vegetables were hard. The turkey was bland and dark throughout. Service felt slow with only two staff members present. I found a hair in my mash and was unable to locate staff to address the issue promptly.

The hotel provided ample secure parking spaces. The welcome at reception put us at ease. A large well decorated bedroom awaited me. Tea and coffee facilities were available.
My room, though clean and cute, was unbearably hot. There was no method to turn the temperature down I could find. I opened some windows but then it was traffic NOISE. I hardly slept at all.
