The gate system at the entry was a little confusing at first. I also found that dinner was not served at the hotel. The lack of dinner options should be clearer.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast time was a bit late at 8:30 am, it is not convenient if guests need to leave early. There were no dinner services at the hotel and no nearby restaurants open. I found this unacceptable.

the rooms are clean with all items available one might need. i stayed in the cottage, it was very comfortable and cozy. breakfast and staff were fantastic, as well as the bar and it's staff.

i found the staff really helpful with my luggage. the room was very clean, with fresh paint. the dining room had beautiful decorations and clean spaces. breakfast each morning included delicious offerings. the staff helped to solve every doubt i have, and they always smile.
the hotel gate system was a little confusing at first i wish there was more guidance about the key.
