mixed feelings about this place

confusing check in bad ice

the check in was a mess there was no reception and it was confusing i slipped on ice outside the front door the ice was never cleared. i took a bad fall because of it this. i really think this could be handled better in the future for the safety of guests

Excellent Location, Functional Apartment

modern bathroom comfortable beds added safety

The apartment included a stovetop, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Wifi worked WELL. The apartment was close to the city center and several bus stops. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was generous in space. The lock on the front door and the apartment door added safety.

The kitchen faucet was loose. Shampoo and soap dispensers were not refilled. The curtains and blinds needed SOME attention and repair. One of the stovetop burners barely worked.

The location allowed easy access to a nearby parking garage. The suite was centrally located, providing quick access to bus stops. This accessibility was a significant benefit for tours outside the city center. I found this location convenient.

The staff and workmen were PLEASANT. They accommodated my early check-in, which I appreciated. The communication regarding check-in was very clear and easy. They were very nice. I found them very responsive.

central location comfortable bed keyless entry broken shower washing machine issue different layout

the location was amazing near rainbow street. the beds were very comfortable too. the keyless entries made access easy and i felt secure (which is always a plus).

The washing machine presented some issues. the shower handle was broken initially, so i couldn't shower until it was fixed. the layout differed from other apartments i saw. There wasn't a separate door for the bedroom.
