The breakfast met my expectations.

The room was too cold. I couldn't adjust the heating. the en-suite bathroom was small. The toilet placement was so awkward. My knees were against the wall.

great location comfortable bed walk-in shower wonderful hosts

The location was great with calming sounds of waves. i stayed in the great cumbrae room. It was very clean and quiet. the bed was very comfortable, and the walk-in shower provided great pressure. lesley and kenny were wonderful hosts, and breakfast was delicious.

the adjacent properties are in a poor state which gives a negative first impression.

The hotel sits right on the promenade giving direct access to the water. the position is close to the town center which makes it convenient to reach other attractions. The area is generally quiet.

Staff communications are excellent giving clear directions prior to arrival. the welcome was warm and friendly. The team gave all needed information regarding the stay. staff recommendations for local restaurants were helpful.

breakfast included options like scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. it was possible to pre-order breakfast. the breakfast service was prompt, and the coffee was good!

the hotel provided usb sockets and coffee machines in the room. a lounge with sea views and a stocked bar were available. there is outside seating with sea views, and parking is right outside.

seafront location dedicated parking sea facing lounge

the location was LOVELY. i seemed like i was abroad when the weather was good. the frontage has dedicated car parking AVAILABLE. the first floor sea facing lounge is NICE.
