loud musicinconvenient key
The nightclub below made sleep difficult, even with the earplugs provided. The loud music thumped until the early hours. I found the lack of a proper key system inconvenient. I needed to ask reception for access each time. This meant someone needed to stay in the room constantly, not ideal for solo travelers.

broken mattressclogged drain
the bed springs poked right through the mattress in my room it was almost impossible to get comfortable. the noise from the nearby nightclub was pretty intense even with earplugs. i also noticed the shower drain was clogged so the water pooled around my feet it was unpleasant. these issues definitely impacted my stay negatively. the cleaning service could have been better as there was hair on the sheets

the nightclub nearby created notable noise late at night, it did disrupt sleep slightly.
