the breakfast had a great spread.

The air conditioning in my initial room did not work. it took a considerable amount of time, but i was eventually moved to a better room. this caused a major disruption to my stay. I expect properly functioning amenities from the start.

The breakfast was superb with lots of options. Rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. I was warmly received upon early arrival.

The bedding felt a bit rough , as if not completely fresh.

The breakfast was amazing!!! there was a wide range of dishes catering to all expectations. there was a good amount of variation too. the staff was more friendly and cute. Everything was the best.

i noticed the pool walls were stained. something needs to be done about that, i think.

I like the dining view during breakfast. The location is very close to the beach. It is a short walk. Access to shops is easy. The bedroom view was beautiful.

Cleaners changed sheets and provided new towels only. Cups and the floor were not cleaned . Dinner at the buffet was expensive.

The staff were cute, providing help when needed. I mostly bought drinks at the bar because the bartender was very kind. Porters provided great service with luggage handling.

The room was very comfy and tidy. Entertainment was good with several options. I liked the proximity to the beach as it allowed for easy walks and enjoyment of the sea.
