the hotel boasts direct access to the mall. it is very convenient for shopping and dining. i especially liked the accessibility. the staff offered warm welcomes and were always eager to help me with any questions i had. the breakfast was a treat with many options.

my superior room did not exceed expectations. i found it suited more for a business trip. the pillowcase in my room showed a noticeable hole.

The private access to oceans mall was a definite plus. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to assist me.

The rooms were not very big. Even the suites felt a bit small for the price. the elevators were a pain, as one of the three wasn't working, and i always waited a long time.

convenient shopping friendly staff average room pillow case

I appreciated the hotel's connection to Ocean Mall. This made shopping and finding places to eat very convenient. The staff were also polite and friendly, which i found to be a nice touch.

The superior room i stayed in did not quite meet expectations. I found it fairly average and one pillow case had a hole in it. I also thought that only four sugars and two milk were not enough for the price of the room.
