Little Switzerland Resort provides chalets and hotel rooms with views of the Drakensberg landscape. Suites feature a king size bed with underfloor heating, a mini-bar fridge, a safe, and glass sliding doors to a wooden deck with seating. 6-Sleeper chalets have 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. 2-Sleeper chalets have 1 bedroom with 2 separate three-quarter beds. Rooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi spa bath and walk-in shower. Chalets include ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a dressing area, a trouser press, a dining table, a patio, garden furniture, Wi-Fi, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and carpeted floors. Standard Rooms have 2 single beds, views of the garden or pool, tea-and-coffee making facilities and a bathroom with shower over bath. Two of these rooms have a queen and a single bed. The main bedroom features a King Extra Length Bed and an en suite Bathroom with a bath tub. The second bedroom features 2 Single Extra Length Beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Chalets have a fully equipped kitchen, a braai area by the patio, a fireplace in the main living area, a sleeper couch in the main living area (sleeps 2x kids under 12), and a flat-screen TV in the main living area.
Dining at Little Switzerland
Guests enjoy hearty buffet carveries and crackling log fires. Guests can have a snack from the fully stocked bar fridge and enjoy a sundowner on the wooden deck.
