location is great, very near the entrance. the meals had good quality, staff in the restaurant were fine. i saw elephants near the pool bar, it was great.

the bathroom felt old to me, it needed updates. some staffs weren't really helpful, unless you ask. i think the price is too high for what you get.

i went on a trip with my family to south africa. one of our best stays was here. the staff was so helpful and kind. i enjoyed the african dancing and singing with dinners. the pool had a view of the lake, where animals came to drink as we had cocktails.

i noticed some minor upkeep issues, such as slightly worn furniture in the common areas, but these were not major.

The pool area includes many loungers and overlooks the park. I saw wildlife from the pool. the gym is well-equipped and maintained. It provides a good space for exercise. there is also a gift shop with local crafts.

The location was fantastic, offering quick access to Kruger National Park. It made early morning safaris VERY convenient. I appreciated the buffet dinner. It presented many choices and a nice, outdoor ambiance. The renovated bedrooms were pleasing. I found them to be quite comfortable and well-appointed.

The staff, although friendly, sometimes seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours, leading to occasional delays.
