the environment was refreshing and therapeutic. the air conditioned room provided comfort. our stay was quiet. i found it a nice break from city noise.
the sound insulation was bad. it seemed like the people next door were in my room. it was impossible to sleep.

The cleaning ladies were friendly. i appreciated the quick response when i requested assistance with the wine chiller. the restaurant catered to all tastes. My wife is vegetarian. the air conditioned room provided comfort in the heat.
i received the notification a week before arrival. this was disappointing, especially for the kids.

the food was good. kids enjoyed it.
the rooms were too small for the money i paid. the shower drainage was poor. the bathroom got water splatters and water fell on the floor tiles. it was slippery and could cause an accident.

the quick response to my request for help with the wine chiller was appreciated. the replacement hairdryer worked perfectly, i really appreciated that.
The lack of a volleyball was disappointing! i found out that i needed to bring my own ball, which i didn't have. It was a nuisance.

the location is near pilanesberg national park, it is a perfect position. i could hear the lions roar softly at night from a distance, a good experience. it was very romantic.

the room was clean and well kept, the cleaning ladies were very sweet. the air conditioning worked perfectly, it was nice to come back to coolness after a hot day. the twin room patio was spacious.

The location is great! it is excellent for sun city and the self drive safari parks. the facilities are excellent for adults and children. It has two swimming pools. the free shuttle to sun city is great and the restaurant was excellent too.
the wifi was a bit slow at times, but honestly, i was having too much fun to really care.

the villa included a very nice splash pool, perfect for cooling off. the rooms were very clean. i also appreciated the comfortable beds. it really added to our relaxation!

the rooms were spacious and tidy. the putt-putt was a nice facility. the air conditioned room provided comfort from the heat.
the restaurant waiters seemed under pressure. service took quite a while and the menu wasn't fantastic. the check-in process felt too slow. there were unnecessary steps involved.
