uncleaned room loud noise
the room i got didn't seem properly cleaned , which bothered me. i found crumbs and even some pieces of meat on the floor , maybe left by the previous guest , but they were not cleaned up. this lack of attention made me question the overall hygiene of the room , and i expected better from a hotel of this supposed caliber. also , the noise from other rooms was very loud.

great service separate bathroom floor crumbs insufficient cleaning
The restaurant offered great service, and the staff were attentive. They always seemed available. the studio apartments provided nice ambience. I found the separate bathroom setup preferable. i appreciated the privacy.
The room didn't appear properly cleaned. I noticed crumbs on the floor. it seemed some pieces of meat were left behind. Perhaps from a previous guest. It was not cleaned well!

friendly staff spacious rooms excellent breakfast
the staff were very friendly and reliable. i loved the spacious rooms and a amazing view. The hotel offered Excellent breakfast and a bistro with a delicious menu.
i noticed a slight delay with the airport shuttle. others arriving on MY flight had early check-ins, but i was forgotten despite arranging transport IN advance.

The gym offers a great workout Space, complete with modern equipment. there are multiple swimming pools available FOR relaxation. Housekeeping and evening turndown service are provided daily.

the room included a nespresso coffee machine and a water boiler. complimentary water bottles were available. the toilet was separate from the bathroom , which i appreciated.
wifi was not consistent throughout the hotel , i experienced some dropouts.

fine dining helpful staff breakfast option
I found fine dining, something i LOVE. the staff was pleasant and very helpful. i really appreciated the breakfast, it had more options than i anticipated. I also received my lost bag with shoes, an iPad and an iPhone charger. Thank you for returning them.
the penthouse wasnt properly cleaned and the pool area was dirty. it seemed not properly resourced. i feel it needs more attention.
