delicious foodfriendly staff
The restaurant has beautiful decor and served excellent food. Staff members were very friendly. I found the mini bar included complimentary items and refills daily. The setting is gorgeous.

The room wasn't great (i hate to say it). it was full of roaches, and the cushions smelled like they hadn't been washed in ages. the cupboard door was broken, and the couch was worn out. also, the room flooded near the window. I wasn't happy.

helpful stafftasty mimosasfree minibar
i found the staff helpful and friendly. the breakfast was very good (i especially liked the mimosas). the complimentary minibar included snacks, which i enjoyed.
the room did not have hand wash, which i found a little concerning.

i ate at the kraal restaurant and the food was delicious. the breakfast buffet had a very wide selection and the servers were great. i particularly enjoyed the beef fillet.

the hotel provides an eco drive, and i thought it was insightful. i saw animals on a vast estate just outside the hotel grounds. the sinzinani spa was relaxing, and the ebar was good (though a little busy).
