ideal location early departure smelly towels poor cleaning
The location is ideal. It is just across the street from Nelson Mandela Square. The staff arranged breakfast for me for my early departure.
The towels did not smell fresh. the rooms were never cleaned well throughout the stay.

convenient location friendly staff various options
i stayed for a night and found the location so convenient for shopping. the staff were always friendly and helpful, it was really nice. breakfast provided various options. the tv had many channels.
i noticed a lack of water in the room, it should be refilled more frequently.

good menu power point options gym machine
the on-site restaurant has a good menu. you can order from the restaurant and have dinner delivered to your room. the rooms feature both south african and uk power point options. the gym includes a water bubbler machine to refill water bottles before going out.
i noticed that the room condition could use an upgrade.

I found the customer service to be excellent. Everyone i came into contact with was attentive. the wait staff was quick and helpful. the room attendants maintained the cleanliness of the rooms diligently. the concierge offered useful information and assistance.

Breakfast included a big variety. Staff was helpful and friendly to everyone. Location is ideal because Sandton mall, restaurants, and the convention center are nearby.

cleanliness shopping centers
the breakfast variety was great and the staff showed kindness. i appreciated how clean the gym was . the location offered excellent proximity to shopping centers. i found moving around the area quite safe.
the room lacked sound insulation, which caused outside noises to be quite noticeable. i could hear conversations and traffic clearly. it was somewhat disruptive .
